Axel Bergdolt
President of the board and founder
Cook, trainer and developer of learning projects. Ran the seminar centre “Cuisine et Vacances” in France from 1993 to 2006 and has lived in Portugal since 2006. Cook and trainer in Erasmus+ courses since 2023. Speaks German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
Zsuzsanna Juhász
Vice-president of the board
General manager of Origó Műhely, outdoor trainer with Outward Bound training and long experience in Erasmus+ projects with young people and youth workers. Lead outdoor facilitator in “The Nature of Poetry”.
Lua Estrela Bergdolt
Secretary of the board
Youth worker focusing on art and creative expression. Speaks five languages and is the contact person for “The Nature of Poetry”.
Sky Estrela Bergdolt
Youth worker and collaborator
Psychology student and surf coach. In 2026 he works in the project “Academia CV.pt – Capacitar e Valorizar em Português” of the Patrício Prazeres school cluster in Lisbon, supporting children and young people with a migrant background in their integration in Portugal.

Cook (collaborator)
Experienced retreat cook. Ran the kitchen of an education centre in France as an open teaching kitchen. Combines cooking with practical learning, without medical claims.
